National Youth Sports Association
The National Youth Sports Association (NYSA) is non-denominational, Christian-based organization committed to developing youth sports organizations. Our love for Christ and our passion for our youth to know Him is what makes us the gold standard for youth sports. Our members represent various youth sports from all levels: developmental (D3), competitive (D2), and elite (D1). We believe when we impact our youth, we impact our communities.
NYSA was established to provide Christian-based resources and support for national and local private, public, and Christian schools, including youth nonprofit organizations, teams, leagues, and parks & recreation departments that desire to see student athletes develop Christ-centered Character, Competence (their knowledge of sports), and Confidence on and off the field.
We love God and sports!
NYSA is comprised of four conferences and three divisions of play: Northern, Southern, Eastern, Western
Division 1 - Elite: This division also focuses on developing student athletes, but is for student athletes who have much experience, and who have the talent to compete at an elite level.
Division 2 - Competitive: This division focuses on developing student athletes, but is for student athletes who have experience and/or who desire to play at more competitive level.
Division 3 - Developmental: This division is focused on developing student athletes who are new to sports and/or who desire to play at a less competitive level.
Teams/Schools will select their division of play based on an internal evaluation of experience and talent.
